Winnsboro tossed Saltillo 49-37. The Raiders led 24-15 after the first half and scored 25 in the second half. Saltillo made things interesting with 22 second-half points but it was not enough to pick up lost ground. Logan Baker led all scorers with 16 points, connecting on two three-point shots. Rance Brown dropped 11 points with a trey, Canaan Swanner scored eight with two treys. Kyler Finney added seven points.
JV Raiders posted a 69-21 victory over Saltillo. After giving up 12 first-quarter points, Winnsboro held Saltillo to single-digit scoring in each of the next three frames. Brinlyn Schepp pumped in 22 points with three treys in the second half and went three-for-three shooting from the charity stripe. Kole Batchelor dropped in 12 and Wyatt Sechrist scored 10 including three-of-four shooting from the free throw line.
